Position Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Channel Sales Manager to lead and expand our partner network. The role focuses on driving sales, managing relationships, and achieving business targets through channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners
  • Drive sales through partners and meet/exceed targets
  • Identify, onboard, and support new channel partners
  • Monitor partner performance and implement improvement strategies
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Requirements & Eligibility

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduation is mandatory
  • Proven experience in sales or channel sales (BFSI preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Target-oriented with problem-solving ability
  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate partners
