Job Description
We are hiring Direct Sales Managers for Jharkhand locations. Candidates with strong field sales experience and passion for growth are preferred.
Position: Direct Sales Manager
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Jamshedpur
CTC: 2.00 To 3.45 LPA + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and acquire new customers in the assigned area
- Promote Life Insurance products and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets
- Build strong client relationships for repeat business
- Conduct field visits and identify new market opportunities
Requirements & Eligibility
- Education: Graduation (mandatory)
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years in field sales (any industry)
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
